WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT NEWTECHWOOD FENCING?
If you are seeing a NewTechWood fencing product, you may be on our international website as this product is not currently offered in the United States, as of 2019. However, our composite material is used in the Jewett Cameron Infinity Fence product listed here: http://www.jewettcameron.com/adjust-a-gate/brands/infinity-fence/infinity-fence-installation-video.html#Overview. You are welcome to reach out to them for more information. Other customers have also used similar metal frames to create a fences and gates with our material. You may also use our deck boards (https://www.newtechwood.com/decking-naturale/#profile) or fascia boards (https://www.newtechwood.com/decking-finishers/#fascia) in conjunction with another fencing frame product.
IF I WOULD LIKE TO USE NEWTECHWOOD DECK BOARDS FOR FENCING, HOW MUST THEY BE BRACED?
This would depend on if the boards are installed vertically or horizontally. If they are installed vertically, the boards do not need to be braced beyond the frame in which they are kept upright. For horizontal fencing board installation, we would recommend bracing every 24 to 36 inches to avoid sagging.
CAN I USE NEWTECHWOOD SIDING BOARDS FOR FENCING?
Yes, either the deck boards or siding boards can be used as long as they are supported 16 inches on center.
CAN I USE BOLTS TO INSTALL NEWTECHWOOD MATERIAL AS FENCING?
Yes, you can. While we do not have a specific bolt size, we would recommend pre-drilling, at a size bigger than the bolt itself, as to allow for some board expansion and contraction.
