WHAT KIND OF SCREWS CAN I USE WITH THE AW08 SIDING CLIPS AND T-7 RUBBER STOPPERS? DO SCREWS COME WITH THESE ACCESSORIES?
Our AW08 clips and T-7 rubber stoppers do not come with screws. You would want to use #8 1-inch pan head screws with these accessories.
FOR AW08 SIDING CLIPS, DO YOU PROVIDE SCREWS? IF NOT, WHAT KIND DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We do not provide screws for the AW08 siding clips or the AW02 starter strip, since there is variation into the types of substrates they are installed into. We recommend stainless steel or galvanized #8 screws, with a penetration of 1.25’’-1.5’’ (enough to penetrate the substrate), and with a pan head screw head.
WILL THE END CAPS WORK WITH ANOTHER DECKING BRAND?
It would be difficult to say for sure, as we do not know the dimensions of the other brand decking boards. These end caps are designed to work with NewTechWood hollow decking with the dimensions in this diagram: https://www.newtechwood.com/img/decking/profile/decking-uh02.jpg. You may check if the dimensions of the other brand would be the same. You may also purchase a bag, or request a sample, of an end cap to test before purchasing the total quantity needed to complete your deck.
WILL THE END CAPS FIT 8-FOOT UH02 VOYAGER SERIES DECK BOARDS?
Yes, the boards have the same ends so the end caps could be utilized, regardless of length, even if the board is further cut, as long as the ends themselves are not compromised.
WHAT ARE THE MINI-GAP CLIPS AND THE STARTER CLIPS MADE OF?
They are made of stainless steel.
IS THERE A RECOMMENDED CAULK FOR ATTACHING END CAPS TO BOARDS? WOULD SILICONE WORK WITH THIS MATERIAL TO SEAL THE ENDS?
Yes, silicone sealant would be recommended for attaching the plugs.
HOW MUCH SQUARE FEET DOES EACH BOX OF MINI-GAP CLIPS AND EACH BOX OF T-CLIPS COVER?
Each box covers 50 square feet, and contains 75 regular spacing clips and 15 locking clips.
HOW DO I ATTACH US05 DECKING FASCIA BOARDS?

DO THE MINI-GAP CLIPS, T-CLIPS, AND STARTER CLIPS, USED WITH NEWTECHWOOD DECKING COME WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE SCREWS?
Yes, the mini-gap clips, T-clips, and starter clips, used with NewTechWood decking all come with their respective screws. The screws are stainless steel graded 304. The mini-gap clips and T-clips also come with their necessary drill bit, 1 per box of 90 clips.
